Aditya Subramanyam
His earlier experience across organizations like Infinity Learn, Aakash Institute, and Sri Chaitanya gave him deep exposure to the K–12 segment, where most career doubts begin. He has conducted detailed counselling sessions with students and parents, understanding not just academic performance but also interests, strengths, and long-term potential. What stands out in his approach is the balance he brings by helping students choose wisely while also guiding parents to support without pressure. His work has always focused on reducing uncertainty and helping families feel more confident about the road ahead.
Beyond school-level guidance, Subramanyam has also worked with study abroad aspirants and professionals looking to grow in their careers. His association with VEPL Abroad Consultancy and Foundit allowed him to support individuals in areas like university selection, application strategies, and career-focused programs. With a background in mechanical engineering and a certified career counsellor, he brings both technical understanding and practical insight into his work.
